6 months

Xander was 6 months old yesterday. Time has gone by quickly, but at the same time it seems that he has been a part of our lives for quite a while.
We had his 6 mo doctors appt. this morning and Xander weighed in at 17 pounds 27 inches long. He's otherwise a pretty healthy baby.
Tonight we had a half birthday/date night. The three of us went to the 2nd street bistro for some live music and food. It was fun, and the sangria was good. We stopped at the video store, but couldn't agree on a movie, so we didn't get one (that happens a lot). Now we're home with a nice fire going and ready to fall asleep in our chairs.
