Well, it is fall. Officially, Todd and Xander went grouse hunting this morning for grouse opener. Sophie and Polar were super excited, they stopped in Washburn and picked up Deeto and headed out to find some grouse. They had a good time and brought three home.
Flint stayed with mom and we went to the farmer's market and did a little shopping downtown, then headed to wal-mart for some supplies and groceries. Usually when we go to the store I keep Flint in the ergo carrier on my back, but today he had taken a pretty good nap in the ergo downtown and was antsy, so I let him sit in the cart. He was so excited and was waving at and making friends with all the people we passed. Flint has started making more and more noises, his latest is lip smacking. See him in all of his cuteness in the video at the bottom.
This afternoon I cleaned out most of the garden and this evening we picked our pumpkin crop. I believe that Todd won the biggest pumpkin constest with his mom and brother again. Nice to have some of our own pumpkins to carve in a month.
We are looking forward to flying out to the state of Washington to see Uncle Chad marry Aunt Jackie next week. Should be a good time. Will post picutres some time upon returning. For now, enjoy the fall pictures.
